Join one of six new Customer Panels!
We're excited to introduce our six brand new Customer Panels, where you can have your say and influence the services that interest you.
We’re on the lookout for customers who want to use their voice to help shape things at One Manchester by being part of our Customer Panels.
Why have you set up Customer Panels?
Our Customer Voice Strategy sets out how we make sure that customers' voices are heard and valued across the business. We’re actively engaging with our customers and asking for feedback on our services, to influence our decisions and service delivery.
We want to involve more customers in feedback and scrutiny activities, in addition to those we already have. Having Customer Panels means we can give more customers a chance to be involved and hear from diverse voices. They’re also helping us focus in on the services and topics that customers have told us are most important to them.
What’s involved?
Being a member of our panels might require ongoing discussions or a one-off review, but as a minimum the panels will meet twice a year. You can engage with us as little or often as you want, and we’ll support you in doing this.
You’ll be able to contribute in a way that suits you:
- In person
- Over Teams
- Online surveys
What are the panels?
We’d love to hear from customers who pay a service charge to One Manchester. This will usually be customers who live in an apartment rather than a house with no communal areas.
This group is for customers who would like to work with us on reviewing and awarding contracts to suppliers. For example, window cleaning and gardening services.
This panel is for customers who are interested in communication and willing to give us feedback on things like our website, newsletters, letters, and posters.
This group is for customers to give input on how we provide services and how we can improve those services. This includes reviewing how accessible they are and our service standards.
This group is for customers to discuss our repairs service, investments in homes, development, and sustainability.
We’d love to hear from customers who live in a high rise property who want to engage with us on subjects that are specific to high rises and safety in high rise blocks.
