What is market rent?
It's the going rate for similar rental properties in the area. We offer several homes that are available at market rent.
How do I apply?
For our new-build market rent homes, you can register your interest with our team and we’ll be in touch regarding the application process to ensure you have a fair chance of getting a property. If you’re interested in re-letting one of our existing properties, these are advertised through external agents. Please contact us if you need more information about re-letting your property.
Will I be successful?
Our properties are in high demand so we can’t promise anything, but we aim to ensure we provide homes for as many people as we can.

We have a mix of both apartments and houses that are available for rent, and they are charged at a similar rate for rental properties in the area.
