How to get in touch

From 5.30pm on Tuesday 23 December 2025 until 8am on Monday 5 January 2026, we’ll be running a reduced service. But don't worry, if you need an emergency repair during this time, call us on 0330 355 1000, help is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Our new partners Ashley and McDonough Ltd now deliver all gas and heating system servicing and maintenance for our customers. This change is part of our ongoing commitment to provide you with the highest standards of safety, reliability, and customer care. If you have an issue with your heating systems, it's important to contact Ashley and McDonough Ltd direct to make sure it's dealt with as quickly as possible.

All Neighbourhood Hub drop-in sessions are closed from Wednesday 24 December 2025 and re-open week commencing Monday 5 January 2026. Our Hub 2026 opening times can be found on our Neighbourhood services page.

Our neighbourhood inspections will start again during the last week of January. You can find out when your next one is by visiting our Neighbourhood services page.

Our Universal Credit monthly drop-in support sessions will start again on Wednesday 7 January 2026.

We know the winter months can be challenging, having a big impact on our homes and our health, and that’s why we’ve put together details of support available to you and our top tips and advice for dealing with colder and freezing temperatures.

We’d like to take this opportunity to wish you a safe and restful festive season and a happy New Year. This time of year can be difficult for many reasons and it’s important to look after yourself. If you’re feeling lonely or isolated, please do reach out to organisations that can help:  

Don’t forget, our programme of winter social events, where you can also enjoy a free hot drink and a meal, will start again in January.
