New repair appointment times: evenings and Saturdays
Giving you more flexibility for plumbing, joinery and painting repairs.
You said you wanted more flexible repair appointment times, and we're trialling a limited number of evening and Saturday appointments for plumbing, joinery and painting repairs, to support customers who cannot provide access during our normal appointment hours.
We're always listening to your feedback on how we can improve our services, and from Monday 2 November you'll be able to request an evening or Saturday slot when booking your repair. If you’re available during our normal appointment hours, please choose one of these slots where possible. This helps us keep our limited evening and Saturday appointments free for customers who aren’t able to be at home during the day.
How to book an evening or Saturday slot
You won't be able to book these through our customer portal, but if you give our friendly team in our Customer Resolution Centre (CRC) a call on 0330 355 1000, they will be able to advise you on what slots we have available.

This is a trial to help us understand what works best for our customers. It’s one of a number of improvements we’ve made to make it easier to get in touch with us and improve your overall experience. We’ll be listening closely to your feedback to understand whether this is something you’d like us to continue. If the trial is successful, we'll look to increase the number of appointments and the trades available over the coming months.
