We’re excited to launch our brand-new Rent Prize Draw, and you could be one of our lucky winners!

Our prize draw is designed to reward customers who pay their rent on time and keep their account up to date. By making your payments consistently, you’ll be automatically entered for the chance to win exciting prizes.

Keep on track with your rent

Making sure you’re up to date with your rent payments helps you avoid arrears and now it could also pay off in more ways than one. This is all about recognising and rewarding positive payment habits.

An easy way to manage your rent is by setting up a Direct Debit. You can do this through our Customer Portal or if you’d prefer to speak to us, just give us a call on 0330 355 1000.

Managing rent alongside everyday bills can feel overwhelming, and sometimes keeping up with rent payments can be difficult when life changes quickly.  

Our Rent Support Plan could offer you some breathing space and help get things back on track with rent payments at a pace that works for you. Together, we’ll put together a weekly or monthly payment plan that makes it easier to stay on top of your rent and any arrears.

We know that contacting us about money worries can feel daunting, but you don’t have to face it alone. It’s better to get in touch with us sooner rather than later if you think you’re in arrears with your rent or service charges – we're here to support you and help you feel secure in your home.

Terms and conditions

  • The prize draw will close on 30 September 2026.
  • All eligible customers will be entered into a random prize draw. Seven winners will be selected at random for each of the prizes. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
  • The winner of each prize will be announced in October. We’ll contact the winners by email. If the winner cannot be contacted within seven days, a new winner will be chosen. 
  • We will only contact winners using the contact details we already hold on your account. We will never ask you to provide bank details or make a payment to claim a prize. 
  • We use information we already hold about your rent account to check if you’re eligible for the prize draw. We’ll use your existing details to administer the prize draw and contact winners. For more information about how we use your personal data, please see our privacy policy

Eligibility

  • Open to One Manchester customers only
  • Must be the lead tenant and aged 16 or over
  • Must have no outstanding tenancy issues such as ASB complaints or missed access appointments
  • Must have a valid email address held on our system
