Communications Panel

Our Communications Panel provides our customers with the opportunity to feedback on how we deliver communications.

Help us shape how we communicate with you. Our communications panel is for customers who want to tell us what is working well and what can be improved when it comes to sharing important information with our customers. We come together to review real examples and listen to your feedback to make our communications clearer, stronger and more accessible.

The best part about joining our panels is that you can have a direct impact on how our services work. Your voice matters, so if the idea of sharing your views and shaping our decisions at One Manchester appeals to you, and you would like to give some time by offering feedback, then we’d love to hear from you!

When do the Communications Panel meet?

The Communications Panel meets on an ad hoc basis as and when required. You will be able to contribute or provide feedback as much or as little as you would like. This is usually when there is a specific document, policy, letter or an update to an area on our website that requires feedback from our customers.

Who will run the Communications Panel?

The Communications Panel will be facilitated by a subject matter expert from the business, supported by our Customer Voice Business Partners who will make sure the feedback from the panels is heard and acted upon within the specific business areas.

How can I contribute to the panel?

Customers will be able to contribute in person, over teams, and over email and online surveys to maximise opportunities to engage.
