Share photos with us during a call using WhatsApp

We're always looking for ways to make things quicker and easier for our customers. That's why we're pleased to have introduced a new feature that lets you securely share photos with us through WhatsApp while you're speaking to one of our advisors. 

How it works

If a photo would help us understand your query or repair issue, our advisor can send a secure WhatsApp link directly to your mobile phone during the call.

You can upload your photos straight away without ending the conversation, helping us get the information we need there and then.

What this means for you

Being able to share photos while you're on the phone with us means we can:

  • Understand issues more quickly
  • Give you the right advice first time
  • Reduce the need for follow-up calls
  • Help get repairs and requests moving sooner
  • Resolve queries more efficiently

There's no need to send photos separately after your call or wait for us to contact you again. It's a simple and convenient way to help us understand your situation and provide the right support.

This new feature is part of our ongoing work to improve your experience and make it easier to access our services.

We've also recently introduced webchat on our website, giving you another quick and convenient way to get the help and information you need.

You'll find the 'Chat with us' button in the bottom right-hand corner of every page on our website.

Webchat can help you to:

  • Ask questions about common issues
  • Find the right information, forms or webpages
  • Connect with a member of our team if you need extra support
  • Get answers quickly without needing to call or send an email

If webchat can't answer your question, you'll be connected to one of our friendly colleagues who will be happy to help.

These improvements are all about making our services more convenient, accessible and responsive.
