We want to hear from you about your experiences with paying rent and the kind of support that would make the biggest difference. Your feedback will help us improve the help we offer and make sure we’re supporting customers in the right way. If you’d like direct support, you can also choose to be contacted after the survey.

As a thank you for taking part, everyone who completes the survey will have the opportunity to be entered into a prize draw to win a £50 shopping voucher. A winner will be chosen at random in the month the survey closes. If you’d prefer not to be entered, just tick the ‘no’ box in the survey.

Why your views matter

Your answers will help us understand things like: 

  • Whether you’re currently in arrears 
  • What support you’ve received or would find helpful 
  • What you know about our existing services 
  • Whether you feel at risk of falling behind on your rent payments 
  • What would help you manage or prevent arrears

This will help us shape a more targeted approach that delivers real, meaningful support for customers.

Terms and conditions

  • All eligible customers who complete the survey will be entered into a random prize draw.  
  • One winner will be selected at random to win the prize. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.  
  • The winner of the prize will be contacted in July.  We’ll contact the winner by email.
