Find a home that fits your needs
Does your home no longer feel like the right fit? Our rightsizing support package can help you find a new place that works for you.
Many people find that over time their home is no longer right for them – it may feel too big, too empty, hard to maintain, or costly to run. That’s why we’re raising awareness of our rightsizing offer, created to help customers move to a home that suits them now. If you choose to make the move, you’ll also receive a £2,500 payment once you’ve settled in.
Our rightsizing offer is designed to support our customers living in a larger family-type property who are looking to move to a smaller home that’s easier to manage, without losing the sense of comfort, belonging, and community.
You may be interested in rightsizing if:
-
You’re looking to reduce your household bills (including bedroom tax)
-
You want a home that’s easier to clean and maintain
-
It’s important to you to be closer to friends or family
-
You’re looking ahead and planning for your future
-
You’re finding your current home too big to manage
