When does the Quality Homes Panel meet?

The Quality Homes Panel meet on an ad hoc basis as and when required. You will be able to contribute or provide feedback as much or as little as you would like.

 

Who will run the Quality Homes Panel?

The Quality Homes Panel will be facilitated by a subject matter expert from the business, supported by our Customer Voice Business Partners who will make sure the feedback from the panels is heard and acted upon within the specific business areas.

How can I contribute to the panel?

Customers will be able to contribute in person, over teams, and over email and online surveys to maximise opportunities to engage.
