Our procurement panel provides our customers with the opportunity to feedback and work with us on how we review and award contracts to our suppliers across a range of services from repairs, window cleaning services, gardening services and more. And the best part is, that it’s led by you, our customers. This means you have a direct impact on how our services work.

When do the Procurement Panel meet?
The Procurement Panel meet twice per year where customers will be able to contribute or provide feedback on the contracts we develop with external suppliers, tender reviews and statements.
Who will run the procurement panel?
The Procurement Panel will be facilitated by a subject matter expert from the business with support from a Customer Voice Business Partner who will make sure the feedback from the panels is heard and acted upon within the specific business areas.
How can I contribute to the panel?
Customers will be able to contribute in person, over teams, and over email and online surveys to maximise opportunities to engage.
Your ideas and thoughts are at the heart of how our business operates. Feeding back these ideas to us allows us to make positive changes for all customers.
You’ll develop an awareness of procurement process and how we try to manage these fairly to improve the quality of living in your homes.
