Reinforced in situ concrete column and floor slab frame with in fill cavity masonry construction including a whole building steel framed overclad roof and fascia panels and rainscreen external wall cladding system (see below for details).

The external walls construction is:

  • Alucobond A2 rainscreen cladding panels over rockwool mineral insulation
  • Clay tiles cladding system with mineral wool insulation
  • Wonderwall 1 Clay Brick Slip Panel Cladding System on phenolic foam insulation (ground floor only)
  • Insulated spandrel panels with polyurethane foam core around windows
