Priorities for your neighbourhood

Based on your feedback, we’ve agreed the following priorities to focus on in your area.

We’ll be sharing updates on how we progress with these priorities over on our social media channels.

Priority 1: Establishing Neighbourhood Inspections in your area

We’re introducing monthly Neighbourhood Inspections for the 40 homes in your area. We’ll let you know the dates and times so you can join us if you’d like. These walkabouts are a chance to point out anything that needs attention. Your Neighbourhood Officer will record any issues and arrange for them to be put right.

Priority 2: Reducing littering and fly-tipping in your area

We’ll be hosting our first Moston clean‑up day in July. These event bring the community together to tidy the area and help prevent fly‑tipping.

We’ll also provide a skip for local residents to dispose of unwanted items safely and responsibly.

Neighbourhood Inspections

Join us as we walk around your neighbourhood and tell us about any issue you have in your local area you'd like us to address.

At Neighbourhood Inspections, we work with you to keep your neighbourhoods looking good. We assess everything from how our facilities are looking to green space upkeep, ensuring everything is in shipshape. These inspections are for reviewing outdoor areas, so if you have issues in your home, contact us or speak to your Neighbourhood Officer who can let the right team know.

Check the Neighbourhoods page to find out the date and meeting point of your next Inspection:

Free community events near you

We host free, inclusive events across our neighbourhoods all year round, from family fun days to craft sessions. Everyone is welcome at our events - they're accessible, affordable, and a great place to connect with others!

You can always find our latest community events on our Events page of our website.

Keeping you updated

We’ll keep you informed on our progress on these priorities, a minimum of every six months. We’ll do this in the following ways:

  • In our customer newsletter - Customer Catch-up
  • At local residents meetings
  • On this dedicated Community Plans webpage
  • On social media

These updates will help you see how we’re acting on your feedback and stay in the loop with the improvements happening in your area.
