There are a number of ways you can get involved. We’ve structured our Customer Voice Framework so that you can:
- Get involved in a Topic that interests you
- Join in on consultations and surveys
- Sign up to our feedback emails
- Find out what we’ve did about what you’ve said
- Apply to join a Group when a role opens up
Get involved in Topics that interest you
Recommendations from customers are the foundation of our approach to services. What you tell us charts our future course.
That's why we now offer themes for you to give precise, targeted feedback on.
Join up alongside like-minded customers, oversee how we provide services, and provide your views on how our policies and decision-making could be improved.

A chance to win
In many cases, we offer an incentive to survey-takers in exchange for their participation.
When you complete a survey, you can enter yourself into a prize draw for a chance to win a £25 shopping voucher. Winners are chosen at random, and there is only one voucher per survey.
