Information about rent increases
Recently we contacted you to make you aware that we’ve taken the difficult decision to increase our rents on 3 April 2023. We’ve created an FAQ page to help answer any questions you may have and explain why the increase is happening, how it will affect you, and make you aware of the help available to you if you’re struggling.
We know that any rise in rent will come as disappointing news, as many of you may be worried about the rising cost of living this winter and beyond. The past year has been difficult for many of our customers and will continue to be in the months ahead. We will continue to work hard and do the very best we can for all of you with the resources that we have.
