Over the past year, we've been actively engaging with you to hear your views on the services we offer. Our goal has been to listen and use your feedback to improve the services we provide for you.

We'd like to say a big thank you to all of you who had your say! We’re thrilled that over 500 of you took the time to share your thoughts at our various customer consultations. Whether you popped along to one of our consultation events, filled out a survey online or took part in our Big Listen Activity Day, your feedback has been truly invaluable to us.
 

The Big Listen

This month, we wrapped up our Big Listen customer consultation, where we’ve been gathering your thoughts on our repairs service.  The Big Listen was all about understanding what's working well and what needs improving about our repairs service. Now, after reviewing your feedback, we're rolling up our sleeves and working on redesigning our repairs service to make it right for you.


We've been all ears, carefully listening to your views. Some of the key themes you've highlighted that need improving about our repairs service include reducing wait times, improving the quality of repairs completed, and refining communication when you've booked your repair.


What’s next – we’re making big changes

We’re committed to delivering great services for you, our customers, but we know we don’t always get things right. We know we can do better, that’s why we’re working hard behind the scenes to improve our services and make sure we meet your needs and expectations.

Last year, we used your feedback to improve and launch our brand new neighbourhoods service. And guess what? We're not stopping there. We’re revamping our services, and we’ll be keeping you in the loop over the coming months as this work progresses. So stay tuned big changes and improvements are coming!
