This is a new role to bring our Employee Engagement Strategy and Plan to life. Motivating and engaging our people, building tools to measure engagement and getting buy-in from across the business is crucial to ensure that employee engagement is felt right across One Manchester. We work hard to ensure everyone feels part of One Team so we’re looking to you to help our people understand what we can achieve together and celebrate the big contributions people are making every day.
You’ll work closely with colleagues across the business to help deliver and embed key strategic projects, making sure that our people are engaged and contributing and you’ll be reviewing and analysing feedback to consistently improve what we do.
We’re looking for someone passionate about engaging with people, making things happen and driving change - a real expert at employee engagement. A self-starter who pushes things forward and makes things happen, you’ll have a head full of great, innovative ideas and excellent communication and social media skills.
