On 5 April 2017 One Manchester employed more than 250 people in permanent or fixed term contract roles, which means that it is subject to the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017.
As such the organisation is required to publish details of its gender pay gap on an annual basis. The gender pay gap is defined as the difference between male and female average earnings in the time period, regardless of their role in the organisation.
