One Manchester is a provider of housing and community services. Formed in April 2015 from an historic merger between two of Manchester’s largest housing associations – City South and Eastlands Homes, we currently own and manage more than 12,000 homes in central, south and east Manchester.
As an experienced and trustworthy landlord, we provide good quality homes that are safe, secure, warm and affordable. However, we believe that our responsibilities go much further than providing homes. We regularly look at the issues which go beyond housing and especially those that are specific to each of our communities. We help people manage their money, find work, start-up businesses and stay healthy and well.
Much more than a landlord, we help people manage their money, find work, start-up businesses and stay healthy and well.
We exist to provide quality homes and to shape services that improve people’s lives and attract further growth and investment into the places where they live.
We look for smart collaborations with other partners in our communities to understand and address local issues.
Our strategic plan outlines seven priorities that we will focus on to ensure we deliver on our promises to our staff, customers, communities and partners.
One Manchester is driving a range of innovative and award-winning projects and services that deliver real and lasting change in our communities.
The work and future direction of One Manchester is driven by a single Parent Board that combines a wide range of skills and expertise.
We're delighted to have won a number of awards for our work.
Accreditation means that we have been assessed against internationally recognised standards and operate to the highest levels of quality and service.
We look to maximise social value through our supply chain and the money that we spend on goods and services.
