If you're not feeling ready to get back to face-to-face meetings or travelling to attend courses, don't worry because we've got three fantastic online workshops running weekly and everybody is welcome. Whether you're searching for your first job, ready to move on in your career, or just want to brush up your skills for the future, you could benefit from the help of our trained advisers.
To take part, you'll need access to a computer/laptop, tablet or smartphone with connection to the internet. We also recommend you find a space where you will be uninterrupted for the duration of the workshop.

Every Tuesday, 11am - 12.30pm
If you're not sure where to start with your CV or are feeling daunted trying to update it, this is the course for you. Learn how to choose the best content and layout for your CV, as well as why the personal profile is so important. This course also includes a run down on why you shouldn't be copying and pasting your previous job descriptions, and how best to highlight your skills and achievements.

Have you heard of the STAR Method for acing job interviews or is it completely new to you? In this workshop you can learn what this helpful method is and how to apply it to your next job application or interview. If you've never heard of the STAR Method before, there's no need to worry - we'll cover how to build your STAR story and how to use it to your advantage.

Some skills are useful in multiple industries - these are your transferable skills. Do you know what your transferable skills are? This workshop will help you to identify them, and show you how you can use everyday experiences to build your skill set for a seriously impressive CV. We'll also detail why it's important to include evidence of your transferable skills on application forms and at interviews.
