Our opening hours at the new location will be Monday to Friday, 9am–4.30pm. As is the case currently, the service will not be available in the afternoon on the third Wednesday of every month to accommodate staff training.
The Customer Services team will be able to assist with Manchester Move and Housing Benefit documentation and general housing advice. Access will also be provided to One Manchester’s online services through which you can book repairs, pay rent and update your personal details.
