We’re pleased to announce that we can now book customer appointments to speak with a customer service adviser at our Gorton office on Hyde Road. Our online services are still the easiest and quickest way to get in touch at www.onemanchester.co.uk/contact-us or via your online account.

If you need to arrange an appointment in person, we have guidelines in place that all visitors must be aware of. This is to keep our customers and colleagues safe following the government advice. 

  • Visits are by appointment-only for 15-minute slots 
  • Reception is open Monday and Thursday from 12pm to 4pm 
  • To make an appointment you can either call the Customer Services team on 0330 355 1000 (Monday to Friday, 8am-5.30pm) or use the intercom outside the building (Monday and Thursday, 12pm-4pm)
  • We can only arrange an appointment with a customer service adviser and no additional services will currently be running from the reception.
