We couldn’t be more delighted that our city’s entertainment venues have opened again, and we’re sure many of you are too!
We’re always looking for ways for residents to make the most of what the city has to offer. With numerous theatres, cinemas, galleries and museums, Manchester really is a city filled with culture.
To celebrate World Day for Cultural Diversity on Friday 21st May, we’re excited to re-launch our Cultural Ambassadors group. This is a group of local people who join us on discounted or free activities in the day or evening to the city’s cultural venues. The activities are open to any adult, and families can also benefit if the venues are offering family shows.
What can you get out of being a cultural ambassador?
- Visits to Home, The Bridgewater Hall, or The Royal Exchange
- Discounted prices and sometimes even free tickets
- Meet other people from the community
- Take part in educational trips
- Reduce social isolation
If you would like to go on our arts and culture interest list and find out about new offers as they become available, join our Community Engagement list. You can also email firstname.lastname@example.org or text 07984 493515 and we will keep you up to date with any offers.
We’re also offering origami kits to anybody who would like to try their hand at this crafty skill. If you would like one, simply email email@example.com and include your name and address.
