As part of our future customer access plans, from Monday 12 February 2018 One Manchester will be relocating services from Eastlands House office in Openshaw, and you will no longer be able to access face-to-face services from this location.
Customers have told us that they want greater choice in how they access our services. We know that you sometimes need to meet with a member of staff face-to-face and we will continue to provide options to ensure this continues. However, the majority of issues that our customers come and speak to us about in our offices can be done online or over the telephone.
One Manchester’s website now provides you with easy access to all of our most popular services. Once registered you can pay your rent, check your account balance, order repairs and check the status of existing repairs. You will also find a range of information on all of One Manchester’s support and advice services including rehousing, employment matters, money tips, support and wellbeing, plus events and activities in your local area. Recently we launched webchat services through our website, allowing you to talk to our contact centre advisers in different ways.
Visit our website at www. onemanchester.co.uk/user/register to register for online services.
By changing how we deliver our services, we can provide more flexibility for you and can prioritise our resources more effectively, so we can deliver what you need, when you need it.
We have made careful plans to ensure you can continue to access the services you need once Eastlands House closes.
We aim to resolve most enquiries at the first point of contact – when you email us, submit an online form or speak to our contact centre. However, we recognise that in some circumstances you may still want to meet with one of our staff to receive more detailed advice. Therefore, we will continue to make use of local venues or visit you at your home if you need to arrange a face-to-face appointment. We will come and meet you at a location of your convenience wherever you feel most comfortable.
Every Tuesday 1pm–3.45pm from 13 February:
The Wells Centre (Sure Start Centre), 101 North Road, Clayton, M11 4NE
Every Thursday 9am–12pm from 15 February:

In addition to the above, we will continue to deliver customer service access from the following two One Manchester locations:
