To protect the health, safety and wellbeing of our customers and colleagues, we have taken the difficult decision to close all our premises to customers for the foreseeable future. We’re working with Public Health England to ensure we support our colleagues and customers and are following all government recommended guidelines.
The following premises are now closed:
- Lovell House
- The Tesco Hub in Gorton
- Eastlands House
- The Workshop in Moss Side
- The Aquarius Centre
There are also a number of premises that we offer services from, which are now closed. These are:
- The Place at Platt Lane
- All Community Grocers
- S4B Housing
- The Wells Centre
- Cornbrook Community Shop
- The Grange.
All events, groups and classes operating out of these locations have been postponed for the foreseeable future and will be rescheduled for a later date.
Residents and customers can still get in touch with our contact centre using our web form, web chat or by calling 0330 355 1000. We ask that any residents or customers that are currently self-isolating to inform us before any visits to their home.
As always, the health, safety and wellbeing of our customers and colleagues is the most important thing, and so if you’re feeling unwell and are displaying any symptoms of COVID-19, which includes a high temperature, or you are coughing repeatedly, you should follow the latest NHS guidance, which you can find here. You should only call 111 if you cannot cope with your symptoms, your condition gets worse or your symptoms do not get better after 7 days.
