The survey helps us understand what you think we're doing well, and where you think improvements need to be made. You will either have been sent the survey in the post with the latest issue of our Inspire magazine, or by email. You'll also find a unique reference code in the letter, which is important if you want to stand a chance of winning the prize. You will need to enter this unique code to take part in the survey.
