If you ring in to our Contact Centre, at the beginning of the call we will need to make sure that your contact information is correct and up to date. Our Contact Centre member of staff will ask you for:
To make sure that we are speaking to the correct person, and to keep all of your important personal data secure, we will also need to ask at least one security question which will relate to information about your tenancy. If you don't know the answer to this question we will ask you something different. This is all to ensure that it is really you who we are talking to.
These changes will ensure we abide by the new law which is now in effect, and to keep all of your personal information safe and secure. We appreciate all your patience and cooperation whilst we make our service compliant with the new rules.
