Yes, in order to change your personal information or change your communications preferences please log into your account and in your dashboard click the pink "profile" tab. You will be taken to our profile page where you will be able to edit your details and marketing preferences.
We've made paying your rent online really easy. You'll be directed to our payment partner allpay and your transaction is completely secure. Just select the property address and the amount you want to pay and click confirm. For more information on how you can do this, please watch the video below:
Online repairs ordering is only available to One Manchester tenants and leaseholders who have registered for an online services account. Please take a look at our repairs guideline page for more information before booking a repair.
You can book a repair that relates to any of the following:
Yes, you can request a communal area repair. This repair request will be visible in the online dashboard of every tenant from your block that has registered for an online account so that there's no duplication of appointments.
You can choose the date and time that suits you and the repair will be instantly booked.
If the repair you have tried to book requires additional details or if it is a repair that according to our Repairs Policy (click this link to open the policy) is chargeable, we will need to get in contact with you and then, upon discussing the repair with you, our contact centre team will arrange an appointment with you.
Your booking will also change into a request if there are no suitable appointments available, in which case you will be asked to specify your availability preferences.
