A Debt Relief Order (DRO) is a way of dealing with your debts if you can’t afford to pay them. It means you don’t have to pay certain kinds of debt for a specified period (usually 12 months).
This is a way of dealing with your debts if you need to protect property being it a home or a car or other expensive items that might be treated differently if you were to go for bankruptcy.
This is an option if you have a lot of different debts and struggling to keep up with the repayments.
This might be a suitable debt solution if you already have a County Court judgment (CCJ) or a High Court ruling against you and you cannot repay your debt in full.
