Referrals can be accepted from any of the following:
Officers will be happy to discuss your tenants, and if suitable, prior to you completing a referral to the service. Please note advisers will not accept direct referrals and you must complete the online referral form here: onemanchester.wufoo.com/forms/w1eg9l240j3qbpg/
The referral, where possible, should be completed and submitted online, by email or post. They will then be assessed for need and suitability for the service. If it is an appropriate referral the case will then be allocated. The Support & Wellbeing Coordinator will firstly arrange to see the tenant to complete a full needs assessment. Following the assessment, a decision will be made as to whether support will be offered. Residents can receive support either within their own home or from a local office.
We offer drop-in services (no appointment needed) each fortnight at these locations:
Monday: 9am-12pm at Worsley and Platt Court, Rusholme, M14 5LU
Wednesday: 1pm-4pm at Rose Court, Deepcar Street, Levenshulme, M19 3BB
Thursday: 1pm–4pm at The Place at Platt Lane, Fallowfield, M14 7FZ
Friday: 10.30am–12.30pm at Abbey Hey Court, Holly Bush Street, Gorton, M18 8PU

The aim of the service is to engage, empower and equip our tenants to enable individuals or families to successfully manage their lives and tenancies.
We are liaising and setting up working together protocols with those commissioning Support & Wellbeing in the city. These include Manchester City Council, Early Help Hubs, Health & Social Care Services, Greater Manchester Police, NHS Manchester, employment and community groups.
