At One Manchester, we aim to continue delivering the high quality services of our subsidiary organisations, while generating savings and income wherever possible, which can be re-invested into our neighbourhoods through our new build strategy and other growth ambitions.
One Manchester is regulated by The Homes and Communities Agency (HCA). It is the HCA’s job to set standards for our conduct, known as “the regulatory framework”. This is divided into two: economic standards and consumer standards. You can see how we report progress against these standards in our Annual Report and our Value for Money Self Assessment.
Our Scrutiny Panel is a group of our customers and members of the wider community whose role is to challenge us to be the best we can be and act as an independent customer focused driver for continuous improvement.
