As part of our income team, you will assist in the development and provide user support for the income team’s IT systems, identifying opportunities to apply best practice and improve efficiency to both internal and external stakeholders. Customer-focused, you will provide advice to our customers, carrying out face-to-face interviews, home visits and liaise over the telephone and help with queries relating to specific benefits and rent accounts.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and approachable individual who can confidently relay information about welfare benefits and offer sensitive and empathetic support in what can be a difficult situation for people.
