The quickest and easiest way to pay you rent is online. If you aren't already registered for online services, you'll need to do that first - find out how in our simple video guide here. You'll need your tenancy reference number (found on your rent statement) and National Insurance number before you get started.

Receiving and making payments through your bank account is the best way to pay your rent so you don’t have to worry about remembering to pay. The Direct Debit Guarantee means that we can only collect the amount on the day we agreed with you. If this needs to change then we will always write to you to let you know in advance.
You can pay your rent easily by calling our automated payment service on 0330 041 5530. All you will need is your 19 digit rent card number and a debit or credit card. The number is charged at the standard local rate – the same as One Manchester’s contact centre number and is available 24 hours a day.

Ask your bank for details of this convenient way to pay. You will need our sort code and account number, depending whether you are a tenant of City South or Eastlands Homes.

You must quote the tenancy reference number which is on your rent statement and rent card.
City South tenants can post a cheque made payable to City South Manchester Housing Trust. Eastlands Homes tenants can post a cheque made payable to Eastlands Homes Partnership.

Please write your name and address on the back of your cheque with your tenancy reference number – which is on your rent statement.
