The regeneration involves building new homes for residents who are affected by demolition along with a number of additional new homes with tenures such as shared ownership, whilst making improvements to the remaining homes to help make them more energy efficient and enhance the external appearance.
We will also look to improve the local amenities around the estate along with alleyways and open spaces.
Should you wish to speak to a member of the Grey Mare Lane Estate Team, below are the details you need.
This page will be continually updated to ensure all residents and stakeholders remain informed about the progress of the regeneration project.

We now have a small group of ambassadors to help us work with the local community but would welcome more residents to work with us. If you’re interested in becoming an ambassador, please contact Patrick on Patrick.email@example.com or calling 07725206497.

We will also have a mobile van, where you can chat to staff about the proposals and look at display boards showing the plans.
It will be parked at the following locations: Bradford Park Fun Day (Wednesday 25 August), Hopedale Close (Tuesday 14 September 2pm - 4pm).
This is a refurbished flat that we are using during the regeneration. The Hub will open from Wednesday 18 August through to 24 September at the following times:
Monday 2pm - 5pm
Tuesday 10am - 2pm
Wednesday 2pm - 5pm
Thursday 9am - 12pm
Newcombe Close, Beswick, Manchester, M11 3TF
The Hub will also be open Saturday 4 September 2pm - 4pm. This Hub will have displays showing the proposed energy efficiency improvements to the existing homes and the latest on the masterplan for the whole estate. You will be able to give feedback whilst visiting.
We will also be doing home visits to all tenants and owner occupiers in homes that are getting energy efficiency improvements. Here, we’ll be able to give any more detailed answers and assess your specific needs and requirements. We expect these visits to last about 30 minutes and we have a series of appointments available.
Please book your appointment on 0330 355 1000.
Please remember that we’re still here for you, and Patrick will be happy to help however he can.

One Manchester is not just about the bricks and mortar, we also work hard to build strong communities and help the people in them to develop and thrive. This is why we were recently delighted to support one of our Beswick residents, by helping her find work after the lockdown had made things difficult for her.
